Cast-in Channels

HMPR Cast-in channels provide a high performance fixing solution for concrete structures, combining strength, flexibility, and installation efficiency. Manufactured from steel channels with integrated anchor studs, the system is cast directly into the concrete, creating a secure and permanent connection point within the concrete substrate.

Using T-head bolts and lock nuts, attachments can be positioned and adjusted easily, allowing fast and accurate installation of façade supports, secondary steelwork, and building services. This flexibility reduces on-site work and simplifies coordination across trades.

By eliminating drilling and post-installed anchors, cast-in channels improve construction speed, enhance build quality, and reduce installation risks. The result is a reliable, time-saving fixing solution that supports efficient project delivery and long- term performance.

HMPR Cast-in Channels

HMPR cast-in channels are engineered fixing systems designed for secure load transfer into concrete structures. The range includes both cold-rolled cast-in channels and hot-rolled cast-in channels, selected based on whether the applied loads are static or dynamic.

Cold-rolled cast-in channels are suitable for applications subject to predominantly static loads, offering precise geometry and reliable structural performance. Hot-rolled cast-in channels are designed for dynamic or fatigue loading conditions, providing enhanced robustness and durability.

HAZ Metal offers a range of tested and verified cast-in channels to suit specific load combinations and project requirements.

Cold rolled anchor channels - applicaple for static loads

HMPR cold-rolled cast in channels are designed for applications subject to predominantly static loads. The HMPR-S toothed cast-in channel variant provides enhanced resistance to longitudinal loads when used in combination with compatible toothed T-head bolts.

The range offers design resistances (N Rd = V Rd) from 7.2 kN to 50.5 kN. Cast-in channels are available in stainless steel grades 1.4301 (AISI 304) and 1.4401 (AISI 316), as well as hot-dip galvanised carbon steel grades 1.0038 (S235JR) and 1.0045 (S355JR).

Hot rolled anchor channels - applicaple for static & fatigue loads

HMPR hot-rolled cast in channels are designed for applications subject to both static and dynamic loading. The HMPR-P hot-rolled “powered” channel variant incorporates longer and higher diameter pressed anchor studs and is tested and certified for dynamic load conditions. HMPR hot rolled channels are available in hot- dip galvanised carbon steel grade 1.0038 (S235JR).

A patented cold-rolled cast-in channel type, HMPR 40/26P, is also certified for dynamic loading, providing a cost-effective alternative to hot-rolled cast-channels. The HMPR 40/26P cast-in channel is available in stainless steel grades 1.4301 (AISI 304) and 1.4401 (AISI 316), as well as hot-dip galvanised carbon steel grade 1.0038 (S235JR).

HTU Trapez Sheet Channels

HAZ-TU Anchor channels for profiled metal sheeting installation on reinforced concrete beams and columns are available in 3 and 6 mm thicknesses and 60/22 sections.

Fixing is done with self-drilling screws or shot-fired nails, providing a quick and efficient method for attachment.

These channels allow for fast and economical installation, eliminating the difficult and time-consuming task of anchor fixing into concrete.

HAZ TU type cast in channels are self locking channels for connections that are lightweight.

These channels are ideal for attachments of rails, metal cladding, window & door frames onto concrete substrate.

Channels are available in pre-galvanized steel and hot dip galvanized steel.

HTB T Head Bolts & HTML Lock Nuts

HTB T bolts & HMLN lock nuts are used for attachments into cast-in channels, designed for a perfect fit into the section of the channels.

Insertion is made, and after a 90-degree turn clockwise, the connection is enabled.

Correct torque values must be applied to ensure secure connections.

T bolts and lock nuts are available in stainless steel 1.4401 and hot dip galvanized steel, with strength classes 4.6 & 8.8.

HWT Wall Ties

The HWT Wall ties provide secure and easy connections between concrete components, where anchor channels are embedded.

Serrated wall ties and compatible serrated washers enable safe transmission of tensile loads.

Wall ties are used with cast-in channels and T head bolts to achieve three-dimensional adjustability for restraining attachments of prefabricated concrete components.

Wall ties are available in stainless steel EN 1.4301 & EN 1.4401 and hot dip galvanized EN 1.0038 grade steel.
