HAZ Metal operates through a network of group companies and regional offices in Türkiye, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Qatar, Egypt and Singapore. This international presence enables us to provide responsive technical and commercial support to projects across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Our technical team reviews the project requirements, including the cladding material, panel dimensions and weight, cavity depth, supporting structure, design loads, movement requirements, environmental exposure and installation conditions.
Based on this information, we recommend a fixing solution that provides the required structural performance while remaining practical, economical and straightforward to install. Where a standard product is unsuitable, we can develop a project-specific solution.
HAZ Metal's main production facility is located in Iskenderun, Turkey, with a production capacity of 500 tons per month, making it a major player in the field of façade fixing systems.
Quality control is integrated into every stage of our operations, from material procurement and engineering through to manufacturing, inspection and dispatch.
HAZ Metal’s management systems are certified to ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety. Our manufacturing capabilities are also supported by relevant welding, structural fabrication and product conformity certifications, including EN ISO 3834-2, EN 1090 and UKCA certification where applicable.

HAZ Metal combines detailed production planning with automated machinery, flexible manufacturing processes and close coordination between its engineering, purchasing, production and logistics teams.
Our facilities include automated pressing and forming lines, roll-forming equipment, laser cutting machinery and robotic welding systems. In-house tooling and maintenance capabilities allow us to respond efficiently to project-specific requirements and production changes.
Delivery programmes are reviewed against design approvals, material availability, manufacturing requirements and project deadlines so that realistic and reliable delivery schedules can be agreed with the client.

Yes. In addition to its extensive range of standard products, HAZ Metal designs and manufactures bespoke fixing systems for projects with particular architectural, structural or installation requirements.
Custom solutions can accommodate unusual panel sizes, high loads, large cavity depths, restricted fixing locations, complex geometries, demanding tolerances and challenging substrate conditions. Each solution is developed in coordination with the relevant project information and can be supported by drawings and structural calculations.
Each system is selected and dimensioned according to the project-specific loads, supporting structure, fixing arrangement, material specification, corrosion environment and required design life.
