Brickwork Support Systems
Brickwork support systems facilitate the secure and easy installation of masonry facades. Support brackets transfer the dead loads of non-load-bearing outer masonry walls to load-bearing inner walls.
These brackets are fixed on concrete beams that carry the facade’s dead load. Restraint brackets wall ties secure the masonry facade against wind loads.
When designing a masonry facade, consider the thickness of insulation and air gap, and the design details like wall areas, joints, corners, lintels above doors and windwos, and columns. Various products are available for these situations, including pre-cast brickwork lintels and prefabricated elements.
FIX Support Bracket
FIX Brickwork support brackets are adjustable and secure brackets that are designed for the easy and quick installation of brick facing walls. FIX support brackets are user-friendly and are combined with a patented adjustable profile part that is assembled in the top of the bracket body.
The brackets can be mounted by one single person. During the installation, no loose parts fall down, and the installer always has a hand free for adjusting.

FIX2 Support Bracket
FIX-2 Brickwork support brackets are further developed versions of the FIX bracket. With an optimized design, it uses less material and results in very low thermal bridging for energy consumption.
FIX-2 has an adjustability feature that accommodates large deviations on the backing substrate. With the help of the welded threaded pipe and a fixed threaded rod inside it, the brackets can be adjusted to be perfectly in plumb when installing on concrete backing walls.

HMCS Support Bracket
The HMCS brickwork continuous supports consist of a series of U brackets with welded angles. There are welded milled shims on the U brackets that enable secure positioning in the vertical axis after adjustment.
These brackets are often used in load categories up to 18 kN and can be used for projection sizes from 130 to 230 mm. However, special designs can be made to accommodate higher loads and cavity sizes.

HMS-AW Support Bracket
HMS Angled supports are simple fixing systems used for supporting brickwork walls. These anchors do not have vertical adjustability, but horizontal adjustment can be made through the slotted holes drilled at each 25 cm.
The use of these systems is preferred when the air layer and insulation need to be fully covered. These anchors can be fixed on concrete walls using cast-in channels, expansion bolts, or chemical anchor bolts.
Available in stainless steel grade 1.4301 (AISI 304) & 1.4401 (AISI 316), they can be produced in any length up to 3 metres according to the desired application.
HMS-AWS Support Bracket
HMS-AWS Angled supports come with welded supports, allowing them to be used for higher loads and larger projection sizes than the HMS-AW bracket.
This bracket is also supplied in stainless steel AISI 304 and 316 grade.
