Overview

Framing Channel Systems

Framing channel systems, featuring channels and a variety of accessories, are ideal for constructing steel frameworks and installing secondary structures. These systems enable the creation of modular support structures quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.

Made from roll formed steel or stainless steel channels, framing systems are assembled using T-bolts and lock nuts, providing versatile solutions for secondary structure build up in construction. Components can be attached at any position along the channel’s length, offering flexibility and ease of installation without the need for drilling or welding.

Channel Types for Light & Medium Loads

Cold rolled framing channels with inclined lips are suitable for light and medium-duty loads. These channels are produced in plain and slotted hole variations, with a maximum length of 6 meters. They are available in stainless steel grades 1.4301 and 1.4401, as well as in hot-dip and electro-galvanized mild steel.

HMPB type C channels - cold rolled

HMPC & HMPS type C channels - cold rolled

Channels Types for High Loads

Cold and hot rolled framing channels with normal and toothed lips are suitable for heavy-duty loads.

Hot rolled channels are available in both plain and slotted versions, with a maximum length of 6 meters.

These channels are offered in hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized mild steel.

HMPD Type Channels - cold rolled

HMPH Type Channels - hot rolled

HMPZ Type Channels - hot rolled & toothed

Cantilever Brackets

HMC Cantilever brackets provide a reliable solution for installing framing systems onto backing walls. These brackets are securely mounted onto concrete walls using either expansion bolts or T-head bolts fixed on channels.

Acting as a crucial load-transferring unit, they ensure compatibility with various installation methods. Each bracket is designed with a specific load capacity and accommodates different offset distances.

Precision welding guarantees superior load-bearing performance. Available materials include stainless steel (grades 1.4301 and 1.4401) and hot-dip galvanized mild steel.

Channel Connectors

HCC Channel connections are used for mounting framing systems securely together. T-head bolts or lock nut sets are utilized to construct support structures for a wide range of applications.

These channel connections are available in three series, designed to be compatible with HMPB and HMPC channels:

  • 28 Series: For channel types 28/15 and 28/28

  • 36 Series: For channel type 36/36

  • 41 Series: For channel types 41/41 and 41/21

Materials available include stainless steel type 1.4301 & 1.4401 and galvanized mild steel.
