Rainscreen Fixing Systems
HMP-ALU rainscreen channel systems are preferred due to its light weight and easiness of cutting and drilling. These systems are used for the installation of cladding panels such as, natural stone panels , ceramic panels and fibre cement panels.
Rainscreen Fixing Systems
HMP-ALU rainscreen channel systems are preferred due to its light weight and easiness of cutting and drilling. These systems are used for the installation of cladding panels such as, natural stone panels , ceramic panels and fibre cement panels.
There are three methods of connection to the panel. the first one is with the pin system where pins are inserted to the predrilled pin holes on the edge of the stone panels. The second is the kerf system where slot openings on edge of stone accommodate the kerf anchors. The third system is the undercut system where undercut bolts are attached on the back of the stone.
Three dimensional adjustability is enabled and fast installation is possible due to the light weight of aluminium and the ease of cutting and drilling on site.
Rainscreen Systems
Rainscreen systems provide a safe and easy method for lightweight panel cladding. The cladding types include lightweight stone, fiber cement, reconstituted stone, ceramic, and terracotta panels.
The system components include aluminum channels, which offer advantages such as lightweight construction and ease of cutting and drilling on-site.
HMP-ALU Channels
Extruded channels are available in various types and dimensions in T066 grade. Each channel is designed to accommodate specific cladding system methods.
Channels can be supplied in any length up to 6 metres.
HCSP-ALU Channel Supports
Channel supports for extruded aluminum channels are used to secure the channel system to substrates.
Various types and sizes are available in stainless steel grade AISI 304 and AISI 316. These supports transfer the entire cladding load to the substrate.
HCRS-ALU Channel Restraints
Channel restraints for extruded aluminum channels are used to strengthen the channels against wind loads, preventing buckling and deflection.
Various types and sizes are available in stainless steel grade AISI 304 and AISI 316. Connections between the restraints and extruded aluminum channels are made with self-drilling screws.
Anchors & Brackets
Rainscreen cladding components are attached to the channel system using various types of anchors.
Each anchor has a specific load-bearing capacity and is selected based on the fixing method, such as pin, kerf, or undercut fixing of the panel.
Anchors are available in stainless steel and aluminum, and they are fixed to extruded aluminum using self-drilling screws.
