Curtain Wall Brackets
Curtain wall facades are used more frequently in the external facade cladding for modern buildings. The curtain wall technology is the most advanced type of facade construction, which are preferred because of its aesthetics and functionality. This type of cladding also offers high thermal and load performance and can be installed faster and easier than any other conventional type of claddings.
HAZ Metal designs and manufactures curtain wall brackets for the installation of curtain wall panels onto the structure. HFB facade support brackets are used to fix longitudinal and transverse curtain wall systems. The brackets transfer the acting loads into the structure. These brackets can be designed to adapt to any type of application in accordance with the design criteria.
HFBfacade brackets are designed and dimensioned to with stand high horizontal and vertical loads. The facade brackets are available in two main categories.
The first category of facade brackets are the ones that can be fixed on the edge of the slabs. This way the tensile loads from wind are transferred in to the end of the floor slab.
The second category of facade brackets are the ones that are fixed on the top of the slab. This way the horizontal loads from wind and the vertical loads from dead load and the resultant loads are transferred to the top of the floor slab.
The facade brackets offer great advantages when used with HMPR anchor channels. Both secure and easy connections are enables with the verified load performance values and the high adjustability properties of the HMPR anchor channels.
- Simple and fast installation due to the adjustability of the system in all directions
- Smaller edge distance make it possible to fix close to the edge or front end of the floor slabs
- High load performance both for horizontal and vertical loads. Up to 32 kN loads possible
- Can be specially designed and dimensioned to suit various type of fixing applications

HZ Z Anchors
HZ Z Anchors are the most conventional and common method of fixing systems used for natural stone installation. With their three dimensional adjustability, Z anchors allow the quick and easy installation of natural stone slabs both at the horizontal and vertical joints. Z Anchors are recommended for use on projection sizes between 45 to 150 mm and depending on the design, they have a load capacity of up to 800 N. Z anchors are fixed to concrete walls with expansion bolts and also can be set onto channels with hex bolts or lock nuts.
• Direct fixing on to load bearing walls with expansion bolts
• Indirect fixing on to sub channel system with hex bolts or lock nuts
• Three dimensional adjustability – quick and easy fixing
• Installation at horizontal and vertical joints
• Recommended projection sizes up to 150 mm & loads up to 800 N

AXO Body Anchors
Body anchors are secure and economic fixing systems to install heavy slabs at large projection sizes. Body anchors are available in sizes to fit a projection range from 60 mm to 260 mm, with a load capacity of up to 1300 N. The use of these anchors is preferred due to their low engineering and optimum static performance. Body anchors are adjustable in three dimensions and allow quick and easy installation of natural stone slabs at horizontal joints and vertical joints. Body anchors are fixed to concrete with expansion bolts and to subchannel structures with hex bolts.
• Direct fixing in to load bearing substrates with anchor bolts
• Indirect fixing on to sub channel systems with hex bolts or lock nuts
• Three dimensional adjustability – quick and easy fixing
• Installation at horizontal and vertical joints
• Optimum static performance for higher loads and larger projection sizes
• Recommended projection sizes up to 300 mm and loads up to 1300 N

HA L Anchors
HA L Anchors are traditional types of fixing systems for installing natural stone slabs. These anchors are used to install natural stone slabs at horizontal joints on to concrete walls with expansion bolts. HA L Anchors are available in different types and sizes to fit the requirement of the project.
• Direct fixing to load bearing substrates such as concrete walls with expansion bolts or resin bolts. Indirect fixing to sub channel system is made with set screws.
• Economical & easy fixing.
• Installation at horizontal joints only.
• Adjustability provided through adjustable plates and slot pin holes. Use of Shims can enable outward adjustability within the cavity.
• Stone thickness of 2 cm to 12 cm can be used.

HDM Heavy Duty Mortar Anchors
Heavy Duty Mortar anchors are used to install high load natural stone slabs at large projection sizes, on to concrete and masonry walls using mortar. There are different types of mortar anchors to be used for different applications in horizontal and vertical Installation. Mortar anchors are fixed on to walls with mortar. Heavy duty mortar anchors allow the installation of loads of 1200 N at projection sizes of up to 240 mm.
